RUNNING PROGRAMS
As mentioned in my Blog, I have been running for almost 10 years, 5 of those at the DI Level at the University of Kansas. Rock Chalk. That being said, over those years I learned all the ins and outs of the sport, all the things to advance your career, keep you out of injury, and get consistent results.
I have worked individually with clients in a one-on-one setting writing running programs, I have coached high school cross country athletes, I have mentored athletes from middle school to high school levels at running camps, and I've been immersed in the sport competing against the elites. And here is what I can guarantee about your running program: it needs to be individualized. If not, you're are more at risk for injury and will see less results.

For these reasons, I have not set a specific price for running programs. Every single one will be individualized to your needs as a runner. I can write programs from one month of running to one year of running, from as little as once or twice a week to six or seven days of training, from middle schoolers training for a one mile run to post-collegiate athletes looking to advance their professional career.
