A BIT ABOUT ME

After five years running track and field at the University of Kansas, one Bachelor's degree and one Master's degree later, and after one year of non-profit work in DC, I decided to pursue personal training.


The biggest thing I've learned through my years as an athlete in the weight room and as an NSCA personal trainer: personalization. A training program personalized to your lifestyle, equipment, wants, and needs will get results.
